ROOT SPORTS ANNOUNCES FULL LINE-UP OF BUCS AND PUCKS IN APRIL
Network to Air 39 Pirates & Penguins Games Equaling Over 150 Hours of LIVE Sports
ROOT SPORTS™, the exclusive rights holder to Pittsburgh Pirates and Pittsburgh Penguins regional game telecasts, announced today their extensive line-up of Bucs and Pucks programming throughout April. The month will consist of 39 pro-games produced by the network - 28 Pirates games and 11 Penguins games - including four Pirates and Penguins doubleheaders and five games which will air simultaneously. During the concurrent games, the Penguins will be available on ROOT SPORTS’ main channel and a special ROOT SPORTS production of the Pirates game can be seen on MLB Network.
